Manufacturing
- The whole process of manufacturing aims to achieve full automation: Auto stripping – Auto stacking – Auto Compounding – Auto dosing chemical – MES system – Our own innovative technology system. And it is strictly monitored by a central control system. This will minimize the risk of manufacturing defects and production errors. This automatic technology will also let us easily track our products just in case there are any mistakes.
- S&S Glove orchestrates the use of multiple energy sources to maximize the use of green energy such as biomass fuel and solar energy. This will not only completely eliminate the use of fossil fuels in the production process but also reduce tons of CO2 emissions.
- In addition, we have a wastewater treatment system in order to remove as much of the suspended solids as possible before the remaining water, called effluent, is discharged back into the environment. S&S Glove manufacturer reuses 50% of the water from the factory, which reduces the amount of wastewater discharged.
Eco Friendly
Our Nitrile Gloves are “not environmentally harmful”, which means everything from the production process to the products itself to be considered safe for the environment. Also, the gloves are designed with biodegradable formulations. Once disposed to landfill, biodegradation is accelerated approximately 90% faster than conventional nitrile gloves.
