  • – University graduate or higher, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration…

  • – Participating in interviews to recruit positions for the factory and HCM office.
  • – Monitor HR Manuscripts / Personnel Changes, Recruitment Reports.
  • – Building recruitment brand identity and planning, organizing and implementing Employer brand identity (Setting up recruitment channels, networking, candidate data, talent attraction programs, etc.).
  • – Update information on labor market and job demand.
  • – Planning, Organizing and implementing integration programs for newly joined employees, training groups of soft skills and basic skills for Employees/Managers.
  • – Coordinate with specialized departments to develop documents, organize training programs and courses for employees according to the plan of the Board of Directors.
  • – Supervising, coordinating, organizing, checking and evaluating the effectiveness of training courses, evaluating the results of internal training of the Company.
  • – Organize the annual capacity assessment of company employees to make training recommendations to improve professional capacity to meet job requirements.
  • – Cooperate with other departments/departments to develop a set of exam questions for leveling up, and organize periodical exam programs for employees.
  • – Contribute to the development of criteria, propose policies on human resources.
  • – Organize the annual employee satisfaction survey, promptly make suggestions to improve Process, regulations / Management system / HR policy.
  • – Participate in planning and organizing employee engagement programs and organizing company events.
